Our Commitment to the Planet

Play It Green

We believe that all of us have a responsibility to care for and protect our planet. That's why we partnered with Play It Green to improve our sustainability practices and have a more positive impact on the world.

How we are reducing our climate footprint

Clean Energy

Use of solar energy, making us self sufficient, and push a "turn off" policy onsite.

Climate Positive Workforce

Our team receives regular sustainability tips, discounts and education to strengthen our net zero culture.

No Single Use Plastics

Our restaurants and holiday homes use a full cutlery service and no single use plastic.

Cutting Down On Waste

Rubbish from our guests is transformed into greener fuels, by way of waste gasification. We also love using products that are fully recyclable.

Our Environmental Aims

We aim to plant 151 trees each month to repair the planet and more than balance the carbon footprint for each team members personal lives and all of their work-related travel.

The trees are planted in Madagascar by the Eden Reforestation Project, helping to restore some of the world’s most vital ecosystems.

Electric Fleet

We are starting to transition our vehicle fleet from diesel to electric – So you will see scooters and bikes around the park, but you might not hear them.

Our Social Impact

We are giving 10% to our chosen good cause WE ARE SEA SHEPHERD UK. The mission of Sea Shepherd UK is to Defend, Conserve, and Protect ocean wildlife and habitats.

Sea Shepherd UK is a registered marine conservation charity with ongoing cetacean and marine debris campaigns in the UK, Faroe Islands and Iceland, while also managing GhostNet recovery operations in many more countries.
