Come and join our entertainments team in one of their feel-good shows or get your dancing shoes on with one of our visiting artists. Singing songs from the classics right up to current top hits, there is sure to be something for everyone. Sit back and relax as you enjoy a first-class performance.
Join your Rockstar’s for a morning of fun, from arts and crafts to sports day there is something for all ages. Plant some seeds in Roxy’s garden or dive into some science experiments with baby Rocco.
All singing, all dancing, our Tree House friends are sure to get your little ones down on the dance floor. Including ghost stories from Roxy, talent shows from Rocky, crazy inventions from Rocco and rotten tales from the trickiest trickster Raphael. Don’t forget to bring your camera for photo opportunities with the gang!

The Clubhouse at Lady’s Mile Holiday Park in Dawlish is a vibrant and popular social hub within the park. It serves as a gathering place for guests and offers a range of amenities and entertainment options.
Fancy a drink in the sun while listening to some music? Then this is the place for you. Our outdoor marquee bar offers a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, indoor and outdoor seating areas and live acoustic music from Devon’s finest musicians.
Open from the end of May until the last Saturday of the Devon school holidays.

It all began when a family of adventurous raccoons embarked on a perilous journey from the shores of America, sailing across vast oceans on majestic ships. Seeking a new home, they stumbled upon an enchanting forest and found solace amidst the towering trees.
Crafting a haven high above the forest floor, they fashioned a treehouse that became their cherished abode. This remarkable dwelling, nestled amidst lush greenery, would soon become a beacon of joy and entertainment for all who encountered it. The raccoon family embraced their newfound role as the rockstars of Lady’s Mile, captivating visitors with their playful antics and infectious energy. The raccoons extend an open invitation, welcoming all who pass through their mystical realm, to step inside, wipe their feet, and immerse themselves in a world where imagination knows no bounds.
From dusk till dawn, the raccoons would don colourful costumes, showcasing their talents and entertaining guests with awe-inspiring performances. They turned Lady’s Mile into a sanctuary where laughter echoes and memories can be forged. Generations of families flock to Lady’s Mile, eager to be part of the magical experience that awaited them.
Rocky the Raccoon is a fun-loving, active, and adventurous character at Lady's Mile Holiday Park. He is known for being the leader of the Tree house Friends and is always ready to go on exciting expeditions. Rocky also loves music and can often be found dancing to his favourite tunes.
Raphael the Raccoon is a cheeky and mischievous character at Lady's Mile Holiday Park. He loves to play tricks and misbehave, and has a bit of a greedy streak. Despite his mischievous ways, Raphael is still a lovable character and often adds a bit of fun and excitement to his friends' adventures.
Roxy the Raccoon is a caring and sweet character at Lady's Mile Holiday Park, who is known for her kind nature and motherly instincts. She loves to bake and often shares her delicious treats with her friends. Roxy is always ready to lend a helping hand and is beloved by all who know her.
Rocco the Raccoon is the baby of the group at Lady's Mile Holiday Park, but don't let that fool you. He's clever and adventurous, always eager to explore and try new things. Rocco is very curious and loves to be the centre of attention, often entertaining his friends with his playful antics.
Dawlish Warren Life Saving club put a plea on Facebook on the 5<sup>th</sup> of April this year for funds to help the club after seeing their fundraising efforts suffer due to covid over the past two years, Dawlish Life Saving Club posted that they faced an uncertain future, Lady’s Mile Holiday Park and Oakcliff Holiday park owner Jason Jeffery contacted the club’s secretary and offered to help and secure the club’s future with a rolling 2-year funding agreement.
Dawlish Warren lifesaving club have been training beach lifeguards, first aiders, and children from age 7 at the Warren for over 55 years. During the summer season and busy bank holidays they provide a voluntary lifeguarding service both independently and alongside the RNLI. As well as suppling lifeguard cover for numerous open water swimming events, Triathlons and even music festivals all over the country.
Jason Jeffery owner of both Lady’s Mile Holiday Park and Oakcliff Holiday park said “we appreciate all the hard work the committee and the members do to keep the beach safe for our guests and local residents over the summer. We are proud to sponsor the club who are keeping our community safe.
Club Chairman Gareth Jones said “Our club is thrilled with our new sponsors, their community values reflect our own and have enabled us to invest in vital lifesaving equipment to help train new lifeguards and save lives on our beautiful beach and the local area.”
