Very big pitch. Plenty of room for my little camper and awning. Lovely clean shower block but could do with a few more for size of site. Fun pool with slide. Plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant, takeaway, small shop. All very reasonable priced. 20 minute easy walk to beach, funfair and pubs etc. Walk up hill more challenging on return but not life threatening. Went in june so not crowded as I prefer and weather was amazing. Easy, level, coastal walk around to dawlish town.

We originally booked a caravan for our stay. As a family, we’ve usually stayed at Haven and Parkdean sites, but this year we wanted to try somewhere different — and we’re so glad we did!

When we arrived, we realised that caravans can differ quite a lot in size, and unfortunately the one we had booked wasn’t quite suitable for my disability and individual needs.

I went to reception and was greeted by Holly, who was a supervisor and absolutely lovely. She couldn’t have been more helpful. After I explained the difficulties I was having, both my husband and I felt that she really went above and beyond to help us find a solution.

Luckily, Holly was able to offer us two alternative accommodation options, one of which was an upgrade at an additional cost. We went to have a look at both and decided to pay for the upgrade as we were fortunate enough to be in a position to do so.

We ended up in a beautiful lodge with a jacuzzi, which was absolutely perfect for us and made such a difference to our holiday.

We also learnt something from the experience ourselves — because of my disability and our family’s individual needs, in future we’ll phone and book directly so we can discuss exactly what we need and make sure we choose the most suitable accommodation.

A huge thank you to Holly for being so understanding, kind and helpful. What could have been a difficult start to our holiday was handled brilliantly. ❤️

Marquee bar, lack of bins, nowhere to put your rubbish. Lights look a mess, obviously installed by someone who does not give 2 hoots... Most importantly SAFETY. no fire extinguishers, no emg lights, etc, the owners need to invest otherwise if an incident occurs they will be prosecuted under the fire reform act. Especially now I have listed the above points. Around the site the manual bells are weak and hardly work. They obviously treat safety with little respect

We booked to stay for a week in our tourer. We stayed 3 days! On arrival it was a free for all trying to get a pitch. We eventually got one. The electric was where you had to scan a barcode on your phone. After 3 visits back to reception because it wouldn’t work they asked me to put £20 on it to make it work, which they said I’d get back. I’m still waiting ! It’s been a week. False advertising that it was near pubs etc. All in all very disappointing.

Loved it, loved it, loved it.
Great for kids, and adults. The entertainment extremely professional and great voices.
The club house air conditioned, though could do with a service clean as several leaked during the June 26 high temperatures. Condensate.
Meals good. Drinks ok pricing. Not cheap.
Pool good, again busy, but moving.
Great catch up with family and grand kids

Our family has a designated seasonal pitch here, and we look forward to visiting every year for our holiday! The park itself is really great – it's very dog-friendly, and the kids have plenty of fantastic entertainment options. Plus, the staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming.

There's always so many things to do around here, it feels like we never really get to accomplish everything on our list. However, we always find a way to really enjoy the pool and the clubhouse.

We stayed 4 nights April 2026.
Staff were excellent at reception really freindly and kind, we also checked in early as we arrived much sooner than expected.
The caravan was spotless! Absolutely beautiful the balcony was great as had a gate for safety of my 2 year old son that was perfect.

Pool was great!
Arcade was good
The shop was very helpful and staff were sensational!
The food was fairly priced and delicious!
The first night my son seen one of the raccoons and he loved it! Staff were excellent with him even let him on stage for a picture! Very happy with that.
Evening staff doing bingo on the other nights however I felt were rude and felt like they wasn’t interested in being there.
Not smiley or welcoming into the club house at all! Especially the lady I didn’t get her name.
It did feel a little like your face had to fit after that first night and that was gutting!

I recently stayed at Lady’s Mile Holiday Park in Devon for 5 nights over the Easter weekend, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience.

The facilities were completely inadequate for the number of guests on site. The water pressure in the showers was not adequate, meaning having a shower was not a pleasant experience. In addition, the facilities felt very dated and were not cleaned to a high enough standard.

Waste disposal was another issue, with bins overflowing and taking a while to be sorted. This added to the feeling that the site was not being properly managed during a busy period.

One of the biggest concerns was the lack of rule enforcement. Electric bikes, scooters and cars — including park vehicles — were frequently driven at speed around the site. Given how tight the roads are, this felt unsafe, particularly for families with young children.

While the roads were tight, the pitches themselves were a good size, which was one of the few positives. Reception staff were friendly and helpful when approached.

However, the atmosphere in the bars and clubs was very poor. Many guests behaved in an unruly manner, including swearing in front of small children, which made it feel far from family-friendly. The clientele were questionable, with people openly smoking illegal substances and no action being taken.

Overall, we would not return and would not recommend this site. If you’re looking for a clean and genuinely family-friendly campsite, this is not the place.

Excellent family facilities. The indoor pool was heated, which was lovely. A slide was included for children and adults. The clubhouse had a good choice of beers; they even served Guinness on tap. Good menu choice.

Me and family come here basically every year and it never gets old. The lodges are amazing as well as the caravans, and when camping there is lots of entertainment! A lot of days there is live music, and they offer lots of games. There are two pools (indoor and outdoor) which both include water slides. There is also an arcade, restaurants and shops on site. It’s not a far walk from the beach and has beautiful scenery. Staff are great too. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Loved staying here. Its worth drive around the different pitching areas, we came with a tent, to find a quiet spot. Loved the pools, arcades and bakery in the on site shop. It also has great facilities which are cleaned and well looked after. Def worth the 6 hour drive and will be coming again!

Just had 2 weeks here in a silver birch lodge and it's been amazing. The view is gorgeous from the decking area. The lodge it self is spotlessly clean and spacious The hot tub is a great bonus. Very quiet around the lodge area. The site it self is the best I've ever stayed on, everywhere is immaculately spotlessly clean. The outside pool is great fun. The water was warm but we did have alot of sunshine 🌞.
We will be booking for next year definitely
