Powderham Castle is a fortified manor house, situated between Starcross and Exminster, a magical family home at the heart of Devon.

Kents Cavern is one of the most important Stone Age sites in Europe and one of Britain’s best Showcaves! On your visit you’ll go back to a time when the cave was home to ancient humans, sheltering from extreme weather, making fires, shaping tools and hunting Ice Age animals.
As you walk through the extensive labyrinth of caverns, you’ll be surrounded by 400 million year old rocks and spectacular stalagmites and stalactites.

Pennywell Farm is a farm tourist attraction just outside the town of Buckfastleigh, it is an organic farm 600 feet above sea level with views over Dartmoor National Park.
The farm was opened to the public in 1989 by husband and wife, Christopher and Nicola Murray. The idea was that visitors to the farm would not be spectators but that they would be able to have hands on interaction with the animals
Half hourly hands on animal activities for the basis of the experience and there are also activities such as a tractor and trailer ride, red rocket ride and pig racing.
It is a centre for the breeding of miniature pigs, a variant of the New Zealand Kune Kune Breed.

Canonteign Falls is a stunning natural attraction in the heart of Devon. A great place to visit for peaceful walks among the waterfalls and lakes and family fun in the gardens and playgrounds. Escape the crowds and experience the highest waterfall in Dartmoor National Park.
For garden lovers, the Victorian Fern Garden is a historic snapshot of the 19th Century craze for ferns and fairies.
For families, Canonteign gives children the opportunity to roam free, and parents a place to escape the hustle and bustle of normal life. Explore the adventure playgrounds, complete with trampolines, wooden galleon, zip wire and mini assault course before visiting the cafe to refuel for the next activity.

Family friendly Starcross Golf Course welcomes everybody regardless of experience. A Handicap is not needed and you don’t have to wear golf shoes. When it comes to clothes – casual trousers, shorts or jeans, collared tee shirts and trainers are all acceptable. Golf clubs and trolleys are available to hire at very reasonable rates.
The 9 hole course is surprisingly challenging for a small course. The hazards are well placed and include a river, a pond, several sand traps and ditches.

With a focus on coastal erosion and the impacts of climate change, Walk With Us caters to individuals with an interest in the ocean, its inhabitants, and its influence on our lives.
The walk is approximately one mile, and is suitable for all ages. Children under eight might find the themes of the work complex but may enjoy the visual content. The walk starts at the bottom of the ramp at the sea-side of the viaduct bridge in Dawlish. It is a circular walk to Coryton Cove and back, with stopping points along the way that are triggered as you walk.

Dawlish Warren Life Saving club put a plea on Facebook on the 5<sup>th</sup> of April this year for funds to help the club after seeing their fundraising efforts suffer due to covid over the past two years, Dawlish Life Saving Club posted that they faced an uncertain future, Lady’s Mile Holiday Park and Oakcliff Holiday park owner Jason Jeffery contacted the club’s secretary and offered to help and secure the club’s future with a rolling 2-year funding agreement.
Dawlish Warren lifesaving club have been training beach lifeguards, first aiders, and children from age 7 at the Warren for over 55 years. During the summer season and busy bank holidays they provide a voluntary lifeguarding service both independently and alongside the RNLI. As well as suppling lifeguard cover for numerous open water swimming events, Triathlons and even music festivals all over the country.
Jason Jeffery owner of both Lady’s Mile Holiday Park and Oakcliff Holiday park said “we appreciate all the hard work the committee and the members do to keep the beach safe for our guests and local residents over the summer. We are proud to sponsor the club who are keeping our community safe.
